Oldest Son of the Musical Boyd Family, John Valiant is birthing sounds that's been cultivated from the same roots in Detroit that Sparked the growth for international acts such as Detroit Youth Choir, Victory Boyd, and Infinity Song, Studying West African Dance and Culture while living in Harlem while on residency performing in Central Park alongside Peace Industry Music Group, roots from musical movements in the local greater detroit hip hop space.
